Vincent Chia started his career with Temasek Holdings where he received his grounding in private equity and venture capital work. He then gained further merger and acquisition as well as corporate planning and strategy experience at Singapore Press Holdings Limited and KPMG Corporate Finance. He was also previously the General Manager of Corporate Development at Cityneon Holdings Limited.

He has over 20 years of corporate investment experience with a personal transaction track record of over $1 billion in transaction value. These transaction include Private Equity, Venture Capital, Fund of Funds, Strategic Acquisitions, Mergers, Corporate Finance, Buy Side and Sell Side Transactions across a wide spectrum of industries. He has also managed a business unit of $20 million revenue and 40+ staff.

Vincent enjoys working with companies of all sizes, from Startups, to SMEs, to Listed Companies.

Ong Chun Teck started his career with the Singapore Government Service in the Armed Forces.  With 15 years of planning and operations under his belt, last as Deputy Chief Operations Officer, he left for the private sector working on Special Projects in Pico Art, Automobile Association of Singapore, and Cityneon Holdings Ltd on Business Transformation and New Revenue Generation.

He then moved to the technology start-up space at Sugar Technologies (consumer technology), iQNECT (artificial intelligence) working with founders on business strategy, operations, growth and fund raising.

Chun Teck currently advises companies on business model innovation, digital transformation, integrated marketing in the traditional and technology space. His first degree is in Business Administration and has Masters degrees in Southeast Asian Studies and Business Administration.
